Marketing manager -Required for this luxury travel company based in a great location in Central London. They are looking for an experience marketing manager from the travel industry and will pay up to £50,000 + up to 4 k bonus

Marketing managers duties
- Responsible for SEM, web development, social media, direct mail and email marketing, PR and brand partnerships, success in this role will result in database growth, increased relevant traffic to the websites and double digit growth in sales enquiries
-Maintain a clear distribution strategy that drives traffic, engagement and conversions across the websites.
-Work closely with Marketing Director, Senior Marketing Manager - Programmes and Creative team to align marketing strategies, optimise content and achieve business objectives
-Work with the web development, SEO agency and media agencies to optimise and align SEO, PPC and digital programmatic, remarketing and tactical advertising activity to increase online conversion, reduce CPA and achieve budget targets
-Management and development of brand, marketing and online partnerships and affiliations to drive qualified traffic to the websites that increases enquiry levels
-Management of clear communications strategy to deliver timely, relevant and newsworthy content through earned media channels
-Weekly and monthly business reporting to the Marketing Director with regular analysis of performance via Google Analytics, Adwords, media monitoring and social listening tools to continually optimise and improve performance
-Management, development and coaching for team of five to ensure ongoing strong teamwork culture and motivation to succeed.
-Work with marketing team to ensure digital activity aligns and integrates with offline marketing communications to fit with marketing business strategy and business objectives
-Monitor, analyse and communicate changing market trends, competitor activity and industry innovations identify opportunities
-Manage marketing budget to achieve enquiry, CPA, ROI and budgetary targets

Marketing managers skills required
-Minimum 5-7 years travel industry marketing experience with strong digital marketing focus
-Experience of agency management essential
-Proven success in people management and development
-Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
-Accurate with excellent attention to detail
-Organised, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
