We have the following opportunities available:
Service Centre Manager (12 month fixed contract) - Guaranteeing the delivery of service to our customers ensuring all key performance indicators are met. You will maintain a dynamic and professional working environment, which fosters a positive culture through inspirational and proactive management.
Service Centre Team Leader - Managing and leading a team of call centre Service Advisers in delivering outstanding customer service. This will include achieving agreed service levels and KPI targets, monitoring call queue volumes and associated workflows, ensuring staffing levels are maximised, coaching and mentoring of direct reports, conducting staff 1-2-1’s and interviewing for new staff.
Sales Centre Team Leader - Managing a team of inbound sales advisors, with specific emphasis on achieving daily and monthly sales targets by having the ability to motivate others. You will be able to demonstrate their focus on coaching and performance management whilst ensuring exceptional customer service delivery and continued business growth.
Sales Adviser - Using your previous sales experience and knowledge, you will maximise opportunities by building rapport to deliver all passenger targets and KPI’s set by the business whilst enhancing the customer experience. As often will be the case you will represent the first impression that the customers will experience of our brands; as such it is essential that our customers are left with a lasting positive impression.
Service Adviser - Providing quality information and support to customers and travel agents about existing holiday bookings in order to maximise customer satisfaction and retention. This involves assisting customers by providing information regarding their holiday, booking optional excursions, upselling/cross selling ancillary products and taking holiday payments.
Capacity & Inventory Administration Executive (12 month fixed contract) - You will be responsible for the Tour Inventory, ensuring maximum margin achieved for each individual tour and departure date and for the administration of capacity requirements to ensure 100% of product is available for conversion at the point of sale.
