A brand new opportunity has arisen for a Travel Administration Executive within a fast growing and successful travel company specialising in Luxury travel…


THE ROLE
*Responsible for all day to day administrative and operational responsibilities within the business
*Data Integrity Eg: Checking names on files match, No duplicate contacts, DOB & Frequent Flyer entered, Ensuring all elements of bookings match and are correct
*Attach invoices to bookings and despatch
*Providing assistance to the Sales Team as required
*Pre-trip & post-trip calls/emails
*Managing and maintaining Feefo (Independent customer) reviews scheme
*Chasing/collecting balances
*Competitor awareness/analysis including tracking supplier offers/specials
*Updating the Website pricing with up to date special offers, deals, etc.


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
*Previous experience working in a travel agency / Tour Op is essential
*Previous experience within an administrative, travel sales or a travel executive role
*Reasonable knowledge of long haul travel destinations and Worldwide geography
*Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
*Keen attention to detail
*Able to articulate well. Has a good clear telephone voice and is able to display effective use of grammar within emails/letters
*Professional approach at all times
*A sense of humour

THE PACKAGE
*Salary: £21,000 to £23,000 depending on experience
*Hours of work: 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
*Location: 2 Offices both in SW London
