Our client is a specialist inbound tour operator based in South London whose client market are special interest groups from North America. Due to growth in business, they are seeking to employ an experienced Business Development Executive with strong experience working in the Inbound market.
This role will be to work within the Business Development team, handling quotations and itinerary building for groups travelling to the UK and rest of Europe.
Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
- Working with clients providing competitive and accurate quotations and itinerary suggestions on time and in line with the client’s deadline, upholding our reputation as a trusted company offering a high level of customer service.
- Researching special interest and technical visits for specific client interests and constantly adding to knowledge of European destinations.
- Building close relationships with suppliers including hotels, coaches, restaurants, guides and entertainment venues in the UK and across Europe and negotiating and obtaining best rates from them whenever necessary as part of providing quotations.
- Building close working relationships with clients and helping them grow their group business with us by converting more quotes into confirmations and providing them with unique and winning ideas and inclusions.
- Attending site inspections and preparing for and attending Fam trips as and when required.
- Attending Trade shows and Exhibitions to represent the Company as and when required

- Salary from £27000 + benefits
