Rarely do such exciting financial opportunities arise, however due to mass expansion and as we approach the next chapter in our extremely successful history spanning 11 years advancing to full tour operator status,  the following unique openings have arisen.


Senior Accounts Assistants: £22-£26k* + Benefits *dependent on experience & part time considered

Accounts Assistants: £17-£21k* + Benefits *dependent on experience & part time considered

Account Payable/Receivable Personnel: £16.5k-£20k* + Benefits *dependent on experience & part time considered

Who are we?
We are an experienced Web Based On-line Travel Company, currently operating two brands from key trading locations of Chester and Stockport.   One brand specialises in Short Haul and the other Long Haul Holidays.  All roles will encompass  our two companies and be based at our Chester offices.

The Roles:
These positions require hungry, self-motivated and flexible individuals ideally with experience in the travel industry and day to day responsibilities will include:
· Purchase & Sales ledger
· Sales invoicing and reconciliations
· Credit Control
· Handling supplier enquires/payments either
  internally or from external suppliers
· Management of the virtual card systems
· Assistance with payroll and monthly
  management accounts
· Compilation of daily sales statistics  for sales       agents and management
· Resolution of banking queries
· Monday- Friday working (part-time considered)

Candidate Requirements:
Building on the consistent growth and success of the business, you must demonstrate:
· Understanding of Word and Excel (Advanced  
  Excel and Pivot understanding preferred)
· Be able to work on your own initiative
  Be flexible in your approach to the time you put into the business thus ensuring it continues to grow and        prosper
· Have in-depth understanding of financial 
  processes and possess industry knowledge
· Ideally knowledge of tour operating/reconciliation systems
· Ideally have experience in management and/or supervising a small team (Snr Accounts Assistant position only)
· Possess the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel within the organisation
