Head of Call Centre
A leading online travel business is looking to appoint a senior and experienced call centre head with a strong commercial focus capable of delivering a change in performance. You will have experience of scaling up call centres across multi-locations with a mixture of off-shore/outsourced. You will lead, manage and motivate your team to provide a world class service to customers. This would suit a highly motivated, results focused individual who thrives in a fast-moving customer-facing environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track of planning and implementing strategic change. Proven experience in improving call centre efficiencies and quality levels. Fluency in a European language would be advantageous but not essential. Ideally travel industry experience.
