Partnerships Manager- required for the unique luxury travel company based in Oxford. They are looking for a Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of existing accounts while identifying growth opportunities where new relationships can be established. This role is suited to a highly professional individual with an excellent commercial understanding. They will pay up to 35k plus benefits.

Partnership Manager, Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining and developing a varied portfolio of existing key accounts and partnerships
  • Identify, establish and build new partnerships to deliver against agreed UK sales targets
  • Identify partner training needs and plan/execute training programmes
  • Review & clean up the agency database, issue updated contracts in line with GDPR & streamline admin processes
  • Develop the website in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Executive
  • Manage & build audience of the travel trade social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter)
  • Co-ordinate & manage regular travel trade communications (mail, email, BP)
  • Conduct regular reviews measuring monthly, quarterly and annual partner performance
  • Representation of the company at exhibitions and industry events/conferences

Partnership Manager, Experience & skills required:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Field Sales/Account Management for a cruise or bespoke tour operator
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop credible and effective relationships
  • Highly professional attitude with the ability to work under own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt approach to all levels
