Due to company growth my client is currently looking for an experienced Creative Traffic Manager to manage the workflow and workloads of the creative and production teams within this event management company. You will be responsible for balancing the needs and workflow timelines across the business and have the ability to help meet very tight deadlines to meet client's expectations. THE JOB:
Due to company growth my client is currently looking for an experienced Business Support Lead to be responsible for the organisation of the workflow within the creative department by providing accurate and timely management of all incoming workloads to both the Creative & Production teams within this large event management company. You will record, discuss and monitor throughout and report upon workload status to the Creative Director on a weekly basis, or as required.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Client Management
*Support the Client team in the implementation of all Client Relationship Strategies
*Support the Client team in the preparation of RFP & Proposals as required
*Attend Client pitch / presentation as required
*Attend Client meetings, calls and reviews on a regular basis or as required
Workflow Management
*Successfully and diplomatically manage the stresses and strains of workflow management both upwards and downwards throughout the organization
*Become a considered, credible and valued member of the team
*Manage workflow and timelines of all briefs coming into the department in relation to:
oContent
oCreative
oCommunications
oProduction
oVideo
*Develop and manage workflow tracker to monitor workflow and timeline management of all workload coming into the department (from brief to solution)
*Liaise with department Leads to allocate work to the appropriate team member and provide business case and budget analysis for the recommendation of freelance resource / assistance
*Take ownership of briefs / workload allocations and manage workflow to ensure that all agreed timelines are adhered to
*Manage and review all HubPlanner job allocation and ensure updated weekly (as a minimum) by all department team members.

Client Governance
*Liaison with Governance Team to ensure all process documents are up to date and accurate
*Ensure compliance with client and company SLA's
*Ensure compliance with all client and company privacy and security protocols
*Ensure compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) 2018 Regulations
Budget Reconciliation & Finance Management
*Manage and submit personal expenses and credit card reconciliations within timeframes specified
Resource Management
*Working with Creative Director in the management of freelance budget & resource allocation across Creative & Production teams
People Management
*Working with the Group Talent Lead, monitor development plans for all team members taking into account:
oCurrent Skills Analysis
oTraining Needs Analysis
oIndividual's Needs & Desires
oDevelopment Planning Strategies
*Develop, mentor and coach all direct reports ensuring periodic meetings to discuss progress and review development plans
*Provide consistent leadership, motivation and direction to all team members
*Ensure all Operations teams are consistently sharing best practice and delivering to touch standards at all times
*Prepare monthly Client project analysis to ensure team & recruitment costs are assessed against client budget
*Participate in the interviewing and selection of new team members once approved by Board Director


THE PACAKAGE:
The basic salary for this role is in the region of £45000 - £50000 plus you can expect some amazing company benefits which include private health care, company pension and more!
