Social Media Executive - Required for this upmarket tour operator based in a great location in central London. They are looking for an experienced social media executive ideally from the travel industry and will pay between 24/26k + benefits.

Social media executives duties
-Manage the companies UK, Villas & Retail social media accounts
-Work with Senior Marketing Manager - Distribution and PR & Comms Manager to craft and implement social media strategy to achieve high growth of an engaged company community and increase return on investment
-Work with Programme Marketing team to develop engaging and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to build meaningful connections with target personas and promote brand-focussed messages
-Liaise with Customer Relations Manager and PR & Comms Manager to manage customer service and crisis communications processes and messaging
-Coordinate social media messaging with marketing team, product team, and agencies to align with campaign strategy
-Moderate all user-generated content on social media platforms ensuring all conversations remain in-line with company policy and maintain brand reputation
-Implement social media advertising campaigns to prospect and remarket to target audiences and work closely with SEM Executive and Media & Digital agencies to align social media advertising with all digital advertising activity
-Audit and analyse social media presence providing regular reporting on visitor data, effectiveness of campaigns and communications and return on investment
-Identify key influencers across all relevant lifestyle sectors to build sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships with
-Produce regular reporting demonstrating ongoing optimisation, community growth and engagement and performance trends
-Monitor and report on competitor activity

Social media executives skills required
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-2-3 years social media marketing experience
-Experience of using social analytics and listening tools preferred
-Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics
-Ability to prioritise workload and requests coming from multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
-Keen eye for detail and accuracy
