Our client, an innovative ground transport management company is looking for a talented Business Development professional to join their thriving team. Technology is at the forefront of their offering, enabling them to go out to market with a unique and attractive offering, setting them apart from their competitors.

As part of their growth strategy, our client is creating a best-in-industry Corporate Sales Team to promote their brand, engage customers and achieve their desired market share. In this field-based position, you'll be using your natural 'hunter' abilities to identify and pursue new business opportunities within a designated territory. You'll be establishing and developing strong and long-lasting business relationships, taking complete ownership of the sales cycle from cradle to grave. You'll utilise your market knowledge to execute sales analysis and prepare reports, identifying and suggesting improvements. This is an autonomous role, where you'll manage your own diary to achieve and exceed targets and be a brand ambassador at networking events and trade shows.

To be considered for this exciting Business Development role, you'll be a motivated self-starter with a demonstrable track record of achieving targets within a sale driven environment. You'll be a tenacious, results driven individual with exceptional communication skills and a desire to succeed. Strong negotiation skills are crucial and prior experience within the travel industry would be advantageous.

In return, you'll enjoy a competitive base salary, car allowance and uncapped commission package.
