Interim Hospitality Manager, 12 month Contract. Fidenza, ITALY
Fluent Italian Speaker? A fabulous opportunity to join this International retail and tourism environment, leading the Guest Services Operation to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will need an inherent understanding of guest’s needs and have leading service and hospitality experience, able to make the guest interaction special with a consistent approach to excellence. Pro-actively driving and developing a high standard of hospitality, working with the Marketing, Tourism and Retail teams to support activities. Working closely with the VIP Lounge and Concierge teams to plan daily operations and events. Responsibilities will include managing the “host and hands free shopping services”, pro-actively enhancing the tourism and guest experience, managing department and resource planning and overseeing and controlling the hospitality budget. Driving new initiatives to engage and retain guests, utilising data and reporting to optimise activities.
Fluent in both Italian and English, able to leverage relationships with excellent communications skills, you will have a strong hospitality background from a tourism environment, able to work as a key part of a team with a positive and solutions driven approach. Ideally from a hotel background or luxury key guest services role, you will be a pro-active ambassador for the brand, destination and company.
This role is based in Fidenza, (between Milan and Bologna) on a 12 Month Full Time Fixed Term Contract.
