A fantastic opportunity to join this fast moving, growing company, to turbo charge the growth of their travel deals business. A unique, leading travel deals site needs an experienced Head of Deals Publishing, to be a key part of the senior leadership team.  You will be responsible for sourcing exclusive product from new and existing advertisers to promote on the Top Deals Platform, working closely with the team on campaign execution, client management and account growth. Ensuring rigorous research and negotiation of deals, including competitor analysis, price and availability checking and customer reviews. Producing multiple campaigns from start to finish, managing campaign performance and analysing results. Utilising the distribution network to promote deals and ensuring maximum exposure for advertising partners and improved UX for customers.

You’ll be a leader, keen driver of best practice, have a data led approach and entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in an agile and innovative environment.

You must have a passion for team leadership and development along with an evident passion for travel, digital media, editorial content and customer service.  Experience in creative writing and account management, including client-facing.  Strong research, commercial and negotiation skills.  Analytical, being able to analyse the performance of past campaigns and forecast sales figures and the success of future deals.  A creative mindset, able to use innovative thinking to present our members with new and exciting content that is at the forefront of the market.
