Working exclusively with this specialist operator, our client are looking to hire a Sales & Customer Service Manager, the purpose of this travel job is to manage a small sales team, to ensure they are maximising on revenue opportunities, offering first class customer service and to support the team with issues or escalated complaints. This is a varied senior travel job with scope for growth. The owners of the business are looking for this individual to grow into the role and to become their No.2 in the business.

The ideal person for this exciting senior travel job would be someone with extensive customer service and team management experience. You may have previously worked overseas in an operational capacity managing a team of coordinators or as a team leader for a weddings specialist travel business.

What our client will be looking for is someone that prides themselves on customer service, goes the extra mile, is ambitious and is also commercially aware. You will be the sort of individual that takes huge pride in your work and will take ownership of the business. With these traits a career path has been firmly mapped out for you.
