A leading holiday comparison travel business, boasting some of the most competitive and exclusive travel deals for their clients.

Reporting into the Operations and Partnerships Director, our client is looking to hire a Head of Product Merchandising. This is a product focused role that will work with their existing travel partners, to ensure the deals that are being sourced are exclusive and the best possible deals in the market.

You will be a strong negotiator, and it is essential that the Head of Product Merchandising is able to quickly build strong working relationships with travel partners, and be able to identify a strong promotion as opposed to a weak deal.

Managing a team will become the main focus of the role as the plans are to grow the existing team tenfold in the next 2 years, therefore you will be a good team manager with a proven background in delegating, mentoring and supporting a team, in addition to recruiting a team.

As a Head of Product Merchandising, you will be extremely commercial and analytical keeping one eye on the market at all times.
