Travel Account Development & Reservations Executive
Our client is a successful and award winning travel company that offer various travel services across the globe. Due to remarkable growth, we are now seeking an experienced Travel Account Development & Reservations Executive to join their busy and friendly team.
This role is ideal for an account manager from a travel background seeking something a little different in which you will be rewarded for your hard work.
- Responsibility for the growth of existing customers and converting opportunities generated by the sales team.
- Develop relationships and become the principal point of contact for existing and prospective clients.
- Qualifying, quoting, and conversion of ad-hoc groups.
- Provide scanned images, brochure material when required.
- Organise and accompany some clients on FAM Trips and inspection trips.
- Produce regular special offers to be sent to existing, potential customers for which you have responsibility for developing.
- Keeping abreast of new hotels, entrances or events that arise
- Similar account development experience and/or reservations within the travel or hotel industry
- Fluent in English, German is preferable but not essential.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
