CALLING ALL OFFICE ADMINISTRATION STAFF SEEKING 6 months contract work.
We currently require an experienced Administrator, Financial Admin professional, Clerical Assistant, Accounts Payable, Credit Control or an experienced Secretarial professional for 6 monthst contract role in the Travel industry to work in Chester city centre.
You'll be working for a leading travel company in their busy and fast paced contact centre, processing invoices and payments and providing excellent customer service when answering customer queries. You will have strong attention to detail, administration and customer services skills, ideally from within the travel or hospitality industries.
A successful Administrator will receive:
*Paying between £16,000- £17,000 depending on experience (Pro rated)
*You will work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 9am -5:30pm
*This role is a fixed term contract scheduled for 6months
* You MUST have experience dealing with payments, invoices, have GREAT knowledge of EXCEL and be available at short notice.
