You will be responsible for providing quality information and support to customers about their existing holiday bookings by telephone, email & live chat in order to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. JOB DESCRIPTION
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently in order to resolve queries
Taking customer information or special services requests, advise of holiday changes and take balance payments
Offer expertise, advice and knowledge on destinations, tours, cruises, excursions, airlines, upgrades, ancillary products and other ground arrangements such as pre and post extensions
Up sell & cross sell products and services including switch selling customers on to alternative options
Advising existing customers of any holiday changes
Handle and resolve customer complaints and disputes including escalated calls
Investigate customer queries & complaints and to review customer notes/history and take full ownership of any customer complaint taken
Working towards targets
Complete accurate work logs, reports, administration and other tasks

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE - NOT ESSENTIAL
Minimum 6 months sales experience dealing with customers over the phone or face to face
Excellent Communication & Customer Service Skills
Experience within a target driven environment

PACKAGE
The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary from £17760 depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity not to be missed!!
The hours of work are covered are from 9am-6pm Monday - Friday & 9am-5:30pm Saturday NO SUNDAYS
