Italian Customer Experience Specialist

Central London

£22,000 + Bonuses

My client is a leading luxury Villa travel company offering high end properties based predominately within Europe.

They are now recruiting for an Italian speaking Experience Specialist to join the team.

The role is effective a customer service role were the Experience Specialists help clients organise the finer details of their holiday once they have made their booking.

Candidates must have extensive customer service experience dealing with a high end product/clientele.

Italian Customer Experience Specialist

Manage day to day contracts with suppliers

Ensuring clients are sent their welcome packs and vouchers

Ensuring brochures are sent out as requested

Resolve any pre departure or post departure client queries

Develop a good understanding of the locations sold to make recommendations to clients regarding the local area in terms of restaurants, attractions etc

Italian Customer Experience Specialist Work Experience Required

Previous customer services or operations experience dealing with high end products/clientele

Fluency in Italian and English both written and spoken

Attention to detail

Good telephone manner

Ability to go the extra mile for clients

E22,000 + bonus
