Telesales Executive in Business Travel

Our client, a successful and ever-growing Travel Management Company based in the City of London, is seeking a Telesales Executive to join their dynamic sales team.

You will be responsible for calling prospective clients to book appointments for the Business Development team pitch to.

TELESALES EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organisation
  • Achieve eight confirmed meetings per week
  • Research and build relationships with new clients
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM

TELESALES EXECUTIVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Extensive and successful telesales experience
  • Previous knowledge and experience of working with a CRM database
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent communication, verbal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Possess the ability to work on lead generation independently, to create opportunities to increase sales growth
  • High successful and thrive in a target driven environment
  • Team player
  • Professional demeanour
