Are you looking for a new and exciting role!! would you like to work for a Luxury Tour Operator based in Birmingham? If you are an experienced Marketing assistant / Exec this could be the role for you.
My client specialise in authentic holidays. Catering to the discerning traveller, we have been creating unforgettable tailor-made holidays for almost 30 years.
We searched high & low to handpick only the finest and most characterful hotels & villas. These are often boutique or traditional family run properties, which ooze charm and charisma. It's not about pretentious luxury, it's about exquisite, premium accommodation which complements an authentic travel experience.

We pride ourselves on going the extra mile, offering expert tips & advice, with in-depth local knowledge to turn inspiration into a bespoke holiday ideally suited to the customer.
Our specialist business will continue to expand in new regions and destinations, as our aim is to grow our existing products and be a key leader in the Tailor-made holiday experiences.
Due to such growth plans, we are looking to grow our marketing team to ensure that we continue to deliver a strong marketing presence.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have the drive to succeed in marketing and a passion for travel.

Main Area of Responsibility
*Oversee marketing communications including website, email campaigns, and social media
*Creative copywriting through blogs, articles and website content
*SEO on two websites
*Communicate areas of website development to our dedicated web agency
*Management of external suppliers, including copywriters and designers
*Become familiar with our PPC campaigns via Google and Bing
*Competitor analysis and monitoring, plus researching industry trends
*Customer research and feedback via surveys
*Ensure the effectiveness brand awareness activity is monitored through regular evaluation of KPI's
*Heavy involvement in new product launches
*Roll out and monitor the success of our customer retention programme
*Manage inbound PR requests accordingly
*Propose new ideas to drive new sales leads, and new routes to market
*Occasional design work
*Ensure all communication meets the brand requirements
*Weekly and monthly reporting to the Marketing Manager
*Supporting the Marketing Manager with projects and activities
*Ensure that through all marketing communications, our clients receive the best customer service possible

Required attributes
*A highly focused and driven individual with significant experience and passion for marketing.
*Ability to learn and develop extensive product knowledge (training will be provided).
*Enthusiastic and motivational individual who can communicate well at all levels
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with impeccable attention to detail
*Confident and friendly personality

*Specific experience working on digital marketing projects
*Technical and content SEO
*Previously worked with Google & Bing PPC, either in-house or via a supplier
*Familiar with InDesign and Photoshop
*Travel industry experience would be advantageous

Salary - my client offer a competitive salary at £20,000 - £23,000 - (Negotiable for a higher salary depending on experience)
