We are looking to recruit a bright Tour Coordinator to work within the Operations Department organizing European coach tours for clients from South East Asia.  

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the operation of coach tours throughout Europe for Asian clients.
  • Providing a high level of customer service both prior to tour departure and on the road
  • Liaising with Agents, Sales Offices, Suppliers and Tour Leaders
  • Responsible for key account management of clients in based in Asia.
  • Dealing with on the road issues / emergencies
  • General administrative duties
  • Assisting in the development of the department and the growth of business

Key Skills

  • Bright, uses their initiative and able to follow instruction
  • Fluent in English (both written and oral) essential
  • Cantonese and Mandarin is beneficial  
  • Previous office and administrative experience essential 
  • Geographical knowledge of Europe  
  • Computer literacy
  • Experience of working within the travel industry is not crucial but would be advantageous.
