Love working in the travel industry? Fed up of high targets and sales? Why not move into a back office role - Admin? My client is looking for a bright, enthusiastic and experienced Administration Executive, to work in a busy and friendly travel agency located in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

Job Description:

*Quality checking all the booking elements prior to sending out booking confirmations
*Processing and chasing tickets
*Confirmation/cancellation invoice check and send
*Correct and amend existing bookings
*After sales including processing refunds
*Assisting in loading bookings at busy sales periods.
*Collating and sending the daily post
*Oversee balance reports
*Action email queries, liaising with appropriate departments
*Collate staff sales and incentive payments
*Other ad hoc administrative tasks and projects

Experience Required:

*At least 2 years gained within a similar travel administration role
*Using own initiative, and working as a team player
*Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a high pressured environment
*PC literate and ability to use reservations and booking systems to download and process bookings

The Package:

*Working hours are 40 hours a week (Monday - Friday)
*Salary range - £16k-18k DOE
*Part Time applicants will be considered for the role
