Based At: Working from Home
Reports to: Chair and Board
Salary: £20,000 pro rata

The Association of Women Travel Executives (AWTE) is a member organisation that offers networking and professional development opportunities to support the careers of women in travel, tourism and hospitality.
Due to the increase in our membership, we are looking for a part time administrator for the Association to help with the day to day running of the organisation, maintaining contact with our 350 members and to drive the Association forwards in its objectives.

Key Responsibilities
* * Being the first point of contact for members via email and phone
* * Dealing with Association questions and queries
* * Liaise with website host/website and coms Director regarding website issues
* * Attend monthly board meeting
* * Maintain and update database
* * Chase outstanding invoices
* * Pay/organise payment of invoices
* * Assist with other work as and when required
* * Make enquiries and book venues as directed by Events Team
* * Reporting of events
* * Update P&Ls on regular basis
* * Other administrative duties as and when required

* * Well organised
* * Good verbal and written communication skills
* * Travel trade experience welcomed but not vital
* * Able to self-manage workload
* * Quick learner
* * Accurate
* * Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office

This is a part-time role 3 days a week based from home. Applicants must be able to commute to London monthly for meetings
