Our client, an innovative ground transport management company, is looking for a talented Field Sales Manager to join their thriving Education team. Technology is at the forefront of their offering, enabling them to go out to market with a unique and attractive product, setting them apart from their competitors.

As part of their growth strategy, our client is creating a 'best-in-industry' sales team within the Education sector. In this specialised position, you'll be promoting the brand, engaging customers and achieving maximum market share.

In this field-based position, you'll be using your natural 'hunter' abilities to identify and pursue new business opportunities within a designated territory. You'll be establishing and developing strong and long-lasting business relationships, taking complete ownership of the sales cycle. You'll utilise your market knowledge to execute sales analysis and prepare reports, identifying and suggesting improvements. This is an autonomous role, where you'll manage your own diary to achieve and exceed targets and be a brand ambassador at networking events and trade shows.

To be considered for this field sales manager role, you'll be a motivated self-starter with a demonstrable track record of achieving targets within a sales-driven environment. You'll be a tenacious, results driven individual with exceptional communication skills and a desire to succeed. Strong negotiation skills are crucial, and prior experience within the Education sector is a must, with additional travel industry experience being advantageous.

In return, you'll enjoy a competitive base salary, car allowance and uncapped commission package.
