This London-based, high-end and truly bespoke concierge service is looking to add to its team, with the appointment of a dedicated account manager to develop close working relationships with its clients.

Responsible for concierge services to include travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, events management, household/property management and other personal services, the account manager will lead by example, ensuring the clients' unique requirements are calmly met with the utmost discretion and professionalism. In addition, the account manager will be responsible for the training and day-to-day management of up to three junior lifestyle managers.

Working within the concierge service profession can be demanding, yet thoroughly rewarding, and no two days are the same. With such a diverse role comes the requirement of absolute flexibility on the account manager's part in terms of the working day; with clients' requests taking priority, you may work longer than your usual 9-5, and you'll be on weekend call every 6-7 weeks.

The package for this account manager position includes a salary of £35-45k per annum, plus a discretionary bonus of up to 10% and additional benefits.
