Great opportunity has arisen to work for an internationally recognised Group Travel company in Edinburgh. Do you have experience of specialist group travel, FIT, conference or events? Looking for a new challenge? This could be the perfect role for you.

Job Description:
The overall role will be to ensure customer service delivery for the group travel markets, and to support 2 team members in mentoring and supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
*Responsibility for the management of the Customer Care function. Key to this is to ensure that all group operations for the Company run smoothly, on a timely basis and to ensure that the Company's profit margin targets are achieved on each file.
*Direct responsibility for customer care handling of key specific accounts
*To undertake to be the first point of escalation for Customer Care Executive for advice on day to day issues.
*Support Customer Care team
*To ensure company standards of customer care are met including monitoring of responses to clients and ensuring clients are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
*Development of relationships with overseas clients.
*Meeting/visiting clients as appropriate
*Attending Trade Shows as appropriate

Experience Required:
*Fluency in English is an essential requirement (oral & written) and another language French, German or Italian or Spanish would be highly desirable.
*Good knowledge of the UK-wide tourism industry products essential
*Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail
*Excellent customer care and communication skills
*Team player able to work in a busy environment

The Package:
There is a very competitive basic salary on offer here, with a benefits package in addition. The core working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30, with some flexibility for helping with the emergency phone, attending any trade shows required and, indeed, any additional help on tours.
