Sales Manager Responsibilities
You will be responsible for creating, building and closing a pipeline sales with a wide variety of travel providers across the UK. Through prospecting and building relationships with clients (mainly via the phone ), you will be responsible for consultatively selling a range of products to travel companies to increase sales and revenue . You will be managing a small team of Business Development Execs and supporting them develop new business leads and achieve targets set. Represent the business at industry events and work with the account management team to ensure client expectations are met.
Sales Manager Skills Required
- Track record of new business sales , preferably within the leisure, tourism or travel sectors
- Track record of sales success
- Highly motivated, a self-starter with positive 'can-do attitude'
- Experience managing and leading a team within a sales environment
Sales Manager Package
Competitive and negotiable salary depending on experience up to £35k plus bonus
