Business Development Executive required by a popular, very successful group tour operator. You will be responsible for marketing the company to inbound travellers, particularly those from the Asia Pacific region. Field-based typically 2 days per week, 3 days in office Salary 25K plus bonus.

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

Research ways to increase the company's exposure to the inbound travel market
Attend Consumer shows, fairs, conferences, various events
Plan and execute promotional events
Present the company/product to small groups
Develop existing contact database and optimise it's potential
Identify and contact new sources of customers
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to produce collateral for all activity

Business Development Executive Skills and Experience:

Highly resourceful and dynamic character
Travel Industry Sales experience - highly desirable
Good presentation skills
Background from the Asia Pacific would be

Business Development Executive Additional info:

25K basic salary plus commission
Mon - Fri, 9am - 5.30pm with regular attendance of events
Approximately 2 days on the road and 3 days on the office
