Reservations and Administration Consultant
£20,000

My client is an established tour operator who sell hotels and ground arrangements to most long haul destinations to UK travel agents.

They are seeking a Reservations and Administration Consultant to join their team.

Candidates must be reliable with a good phone manner and customer services.

Previous travel industry is preferable but not essential.

Reservations and Administration Consultant Responsibilities and Duties

* Dealing with queries via email and phone
* Being hotels and ground products for agents
* Maintaining the highest standards in customer service

Reservations and Administration Consultant Skills required:

* Previous experience in a telephone based customer services role – travel industry experience not essential
* Professional telephone manner

* Ability to work within a team environment

Reservations and Administration Consultant remuneration package:
* Base salary based on experience to £20K
* Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 2 Saturdays per month with a day off in lieu
* Holiday Concessions
* 4 weeks holiday
