Working across several brands, owning the strategic planning and execution of all email and customer communications, this role needs a good understanding of Loyalty programmes and retention, with 5 years experience within a CRM role. You’ll be responsible for creating timely campaigns, driving the segmentation and audience strategy and increasing the customer lifetime value. Executing the CRM plans across the brands to achieve targets, ensuring visibility and clarity of the value proposition and brands and ensuring alignment across all communications. A creative and innovative thinker, you’ll be responsible for developing testing strategies to drive the most effective approach for the customer segments. With strong analytical skills, evaluating campaigns and performance making actionable recommendations to improve results.
You will need to have a strong background in CRM, outstanding execution skills with strong attention to detail and be performance driven with the ability to draw insights from large data sets. Understanding and experience of initiating A/B testing and positive communications skills to influence change. Working across multiple brands, you’ll need to be able to work on multi projects within tight timeframes.
