Head of Ticketing
•Heading up the ticketing/admin department
•Processing automated ticket refunds (e.g. cancellations) through Amadeus.
•Responsible for issuing airline tickets and ticket reissues. Issue CAT35/25 fares, deal with re-issues, refunds, manage fares & airline contracts
•Responsible for dealing with airlines regarding errors with dates/names etc.
•Ensuring all IATA updates is adhered to.
•Responsible for ensuring documentation is accurate and punctual.
•Filing airline net rate contracts and ensuring ticketing information is correct and up to date.
•Ensure ticketing notes and airline rates are updated regularly
•General administration, including running reports and maintaining accurate information
