A superb opportunity has arisen for a Helpdesk and Implementations Support Assistant, to join an established travel management company where you will be responsible for providing helpdesk support and training to booking tool users.

To be considered for this role you will need to be a confident self-starter and possess knowledge and experience of changing travel purchasing trends, as well as have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous knowledge of GTP product, GDS systems and/or travel industry online booking tools would be advantageous.
