Head of PPC. An exciting Head of PPC opportunity to join one of UK’s leading travel brands has now become available. Our client are in an exciting growth period and in this role, you will head their PPC/Digital Marketing Vision, foster a deep understanding of the Award-Winning company to lead its PPC Acquisition Strategy. Working closely with colleagues in the brand team and commercial stakeholders around the business, you will be a subject matter Expert for all things relating to PPC Marketing.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for owning and leading the performance of the PPC strategy, with an in depth understanding of the drivers of success and proactive approach to take the Head of PPC role forward
  • Manage account structure, campaign strategy, keyword research, ad copy testing, bid management, conversion tracking, performance against budget, insights and reporting
  • Be the Go To Expert for Social Media, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads and other paid networks and build relationships with network account managers to promote new opportunities
  • Manage the cost-line including facilitating payment and liaising with the finance teams
  • Confidently present and gain support for strategic initiatives at a board level audience
  • Use intricate knowledge of the sales pipeline and workflow to accurately forecast future performance and feed into company budgets
  • Use extensive paid search experience with new pitches and performance reporting
  • Report KPIs and operational insights to the business to monitor workflow and productivity
  • Drive the commercial direction of the business and innovate to deliver a class-leading proposition to the stakeholders
  • Continually refine and improve processes and operations
  • Deliver integrated campaigns alongside SEO, PR, Social etc
  • Highly aware of market trends, understand competitors and new biddable opportunities

Essential:

  • 5+ Years Senior PPC and biddable experience
  • Expert in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads
  • Experience managing significant budgets
  • Proven experience managing paid search, paid social and display campaigns
  • Experience managing and motivating teams
  • Genuine interest and passion for digital marketing
  • Experience managing client relationships and key accounts
  • Highly analytical with excellent Excel, Google Sheets knowledge
  • Educated to degree level
