A specialists in providing discounted tailor made package holidays have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator.
The successful applicant will be required to deal with a number of the companies daily duties to include post (both in-coming and out-going) filing, answering the telephone, dealing with clients queries, chasing late payments, sending out client invoices and tickets, checking invoices from suppliers, answering clients emails and letters and running statistics collected on our in-house system.
The successful candidate, who must be friendly, approachable, professional and a team player will also be required to help deal with all day to day matters/queries arising with clients bookings both pre and post travel.
Area of Expertise/technical system skills:
This position requires individuals with an excellent telephone manner able to cope within a sometimes pressurised environment and meet deadlines with a flexible approach to working hours. The candidate must be willing to learn our in-house back office system as well as new administration procedures associated with the travel industry.
Full-time Administrator - travel experience would be an advantage but full training will be given to the right applicant. Experience in similar roles an advantage but these positions will be more diverse than most due to the nature of the business, and requires applicants who enjoy a challenge and are prepared to work on their own initiative, together with dedication for their job, total accuracy and loyalty to the company. The candidate must be prepared to take on other general administrative duties as and when required. The right applicant must be honest, trustworthy, loyal and dedicated to the position.
