Are you an excellent relationship builder with experience as an Account Manager/Partnership Manager? If so - I want to hear from you!
I have an amazing opportunity to join a large Travel Brand based in South East London (on an initial 6 month contract) to create and manage a strategy/activity for the retention and support of their Partners.
The main focus of the role is marketing and sales and we require someone who has experience of building good stakeholder relationships with corporate clients, not just client facing. The key change to this role is the number of partners this role has to manage, around 180, which is at least 4x greater than the average account manager. This role will be focusing on generic loyalty marketing and will develop an excellent relationship with our Partner plus members, of which there are approximately 40.

Duties:

*To plan, implement and maintain a programme of engagement for the Partner and Partner+ scheme, demonstrating the value and benefits of the scheme.
*To plan, implement and manage the promotion of a range of the companies Partner products, services and third party promotions for the benefit of their Members.
*Working with the Senior Member Services Manager and brand and communication colleagues you will drive the conversation with our clients through email, social and loyalty communications ensuring we maximise return on investment in print media/brochure.
*Design, develop and execute a loyalty-marketing plan to ensure full partner engagement ensuring that ROI is always measured and maximised.
*To identify and develop commercial deals, services and third party promotions, for the benefit of their Members including managing the contracting process, supplier relationships and the gathering of appropriate management information.
*To attend relevant travel industry events to promote memberships and partners
*To facilitate relationships and identify opportunities to work together between the Partners and Events function, particularly in relation to sponsorship opportunities for the events programme.
*To support the Membership Department in the collection of subscriptions for the company Partners.

Skills & Experience:

*An expert in customer contact planning (covering all customer communication channels e.g. email, social, face to face meetings and call planning
*Creative and innovative thinker that is looking at a range of customer sets and ensuring our communication is timely, relevant and recognises their unique perspective
*Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication (including presentation) skills
*Ability to develop strategy, policy and procedures
*Demonstrate skills in reviewing and responding to performance results and customer insight
*Good understanding of e-commerce (acquisition, retention, conversion, segmentation)
*Knowledge of the Travel Industry


Successful candidate:

The candidate with the right team fit would be someone down to earth, a good communicator and relationship builder, be able to read body language and an excellent team player. They will need to be more a marketer, be sure of themselves, confident and follow through on their ideas, have an air of authority and be confident in their work.

Package:
The salary for this position is circa £41,000 plus company benefits.
