Technology Solutions Manager Responsibilities

Working as part of a small team, you will drive ideas and actions on technology solutions, manage relationships with a portfolio of business partners, develop business application enhancements and deliver end to end process optimisation. You will ensure the integrity of systems, undertake IT project management tasks, recommend improvements on technologies used and arrange training sessions with stakeholders.

Technology Solutions Manager Skills Required

• You will need to have experience delivering business technology solutions, preferably within the travel industry
• Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), online platforms and experience of project managing we developments
• Understanding of basic scripting and SQL server knowledge
• Knowledge of systems analysis
• Commercially astute with strong interpersonal skills
