Working for a highly respected travel brand, we are looking for a hands -on CRM Manager with experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
You will direct and guide the marketing teams on how to optimise and deliver campaigns, using marketing automation to achieve the maximum benefits and ROI. Working across the
UK & US teams, developing the CRM programs, we are looking for a strong collaborator, able to work closely with both markets to establish a global Marketing Automation strategy and champion best practise.
With a focus on both strategy and delivery, ensuring the highest standards of BAU activity, as well as leading the understanding of the functionality and benefits of the newly adopted CRM system, driving new opportunities.
Minimum of 5years experience within a CRM role, with strong communication skills, high energy, positive and engaging outlook required.
You will be responsible for the full CRM journey, including Data Management, Segmentation, Global Process and cross channel communication, working closely with the Heads of Marketing to achieve the business goals and world class customer communications.
