Job Details
EXPERIENCE:
* Have the ability to then turn insight into real commercial value by understanding the engagement potential of that insight.
* Constantly inquisitive, this individual, having identified the strategic opportunity will the relish the opportunity of turning this insight into an engagement idea capable of changing the behaviour of the audience and driving greater brand advocacy on behalf of their clients.
* Likely to come with at least 7+ years' experience ideally from an agency side where, fast, sharp, incisive thinking is a pre-requisite.
* Someone who is lively characterful and up for a challenge.
* Someone who really knows it, gets it and inspires everyone else to love it
THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate will be rewarded with an extremely competitive salary in the region of £75000 - £80000 plus a fantastic benefits package, this company are extremely flexible and value every single employee!
