THE JOB & IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Your role here will be to bring the most amazing ideas to life, to tell the Technical Producers how to do it and to revel in doing so, a rare beast. Likely to be (though not necessarily) a technical producer by background with a strong creative drive. Someone who understands and love big ideas - so much so that you will relentlessly pursue brilliant ways to bring the most challenging to life and ensure it's on brand and on budget. Therefore someone equally turned on by the practicalities of the what and the how, with a brain to appreciate the why. You will be someone who is capable of leading and inspiring more junior resource, someone prepared to spend time nurturing and developing less experienced individuals and not to forget someone genuinely interested in improving the brainpower and the output of the department. Big agency background is ideal with a big imagination but most importantly someone who gets it, makes it, lives it and gets everyone else to make it big
THE PACKAGE:
