Job Details
A fast growing travel company who specialise in disability travel is looking to recruit an experienced Travel Advisor to join their team. my client are looking for someone who are passionate about sales and who thrive when working to meet targets. Experience within travel and in a call centre environment is preferable. Most importantly they are looking for someone who works well in a team, is adaptable, and committed to personal and team success. Leads are incoming, so no lead generation is required. There sales advisors have superb phone etiquette, and understand that there sell is about gaining the customer's confidence and trust to holiday with such a great company. We offer a competitive salary and fantastic uncapped commission earnings.
Skills:
You have to be compassionate
A good listeners
Be able to reassure customers about the value of their holiday.
You will also be target driven and able to close sales effectively over the phone.
Experience:
Travel Industry Experience
A good Listener and caring
Have a passion for the Travel Industry
Most importantly they are looking for someone who works well in a team
Is adaptable, and committed to personal and team success.
Package:
Salary £18k- £20k
We offer a competitive salary and fantastic uncapped commission earnings.
Commission - per booking, and monthly personal and team incentives. Earnings are uncapped.
