THE JOB
Responsible for providing sales, operational, administrative and service support to a travel manager and within various aspects of the travel company. This will include making post-booking ancillary arrangements, actioning client special requests, liaising with travel suppliers and working closely with the travel manager communicating any updates regarding their bookings.


THE COMPANY
You will be working for a highly successful and well-established luxury tour operator at their Head Office in Chester.


WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Similar experience working in a sales support role in a luxury travel company would be highly advantageous
*Able to work well on own initiative and within the team
*Well organised and an ability to prioritise workload
*Highly professional telephone manner
*A background working within a tailormade travel company is essential
*Accustomed to handling luxury travel clientele
*Strong customer service and administration skills
