Job Details

I am recruiting for a Studio Manager to join a very exciting studio team which will be working for a rapidly growing tour operator based in the Swindon area, you will be leading a team of Graphic, Designers, Art Workers, Copy Writer, Web Execs and E-shot Execs. You will be responsible for the workflow of the studio team and you will be the 'go to person' for marketing queries for the destination you look after. Keeping on top of competitors and industry trends is also key to this role to make sure that this company stands out in the market.
You will be accountable for the output of your team and therefore will be responsible for the quality control of all marketing for your country. You will be expected to have processes in place to make sure all marketing is maximised to the best of the team's ability. You will own the review process to sign off on all marketing and also lead discussions to improve when marketing has been tested. You will own the test plans for your country and track against the ROI so that all decisions are based on the facts. You will be expected to understand the P&L and monthly targets along with the teams KPI's, and make suggestions to improve to go above and beyond the KPI's.

Typical activities
*Ownership of the marketing plan to ensure deadlines are met
*Resource management to deliver the monthly plans
*Hold daily meetings with their team to make sure the workload and priorities are understood
*Will be present at KPI/trading meetings and will be able to update on the teams KPI's and present findings and suggestions
*Set the teams monthly objectives in line with the business strategies passed down by the Head of Marketing
*Quality control for all marketing
*Main point of contact to update on marketing for their country
*Roll out of campaigns targeted at their country
*Review the competition
*Review and analyse marketing platform performance

THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate can expect a fantastic starting salary in the region of £30000.00 - £35000.00 which is dependent on experience plus you will be entitled to a company bonus scheme, pension contributions and medical benefits! This is a full time permanent position.
