Business Development Manager - Required for this well-known unique travel company that offer a very niche travel product. They are looking for a strong sales person from either the travel industry, vacation rentals or property/hotels sector ideally with solid experience working in field sales/ business development role. The candidate will be offered a basic salary up to £35,000 DOE plus car allowance and benefits as well as a fantastic opportunity to be part of a close-knit team, youthful, driven and growing travel company.

Business Development manager's duties

  • To support the delivery of the company growth plans through the recruitment of new owners and properties
  • To be an advocate and ambassador for the brand and passionately sell the business and its brands to prospective new owners and third parties
  • To ensure existing owners receive a market leading service to help maximise retention
  • Establish a strong presence in the industry, represent company brand and values at industry events
  • Work with new and existing property owners to identify and secure opportunities for product growth and development through recommendation


Business Developments managers skills required

  • Business Development Manager experience ideally in the travel industry or property / lettings or Hotel industries
  • On the road sales experience ideally
  • Proven track record in sales, happy to go that extra mile
  • Strong presentation and IT skills
  • Happy to work remotely however good links to North Wales/North West England are absolutely essential
  • Clean UK driving license
