Marketing Manager

seeking their next step forward, to develop and manage marketing programmes to support the strategic objectives around growing our client’s travel proposition and P&L targets.

Marketing Manager you will undertake an array of tasks and responsibilities:

• Managing the Marketing Team and working with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Director
• Executing the Marketing Plan and coordinating projects
• Guiding and supporting the day-to-day activities of the marketing team; activities include:
• Brochures for different source markets
• Mailings, flyer, newsletters
• Social media presence
• Cooperation with Tourist Boards
• Organisation of trade fairs
• Administration and update of websites (using CMS systems, i.e. TYPO3)

Marketing Manager Skill attributes:

• Proven people management skills: leading, motivating, coaching, managing performance
• Experience in a broad range of marketing disciplines including social media
• Strong project management skills
• Confident and dynamic personality
• Experience in the travel industry; destination knowledge would be ideal
• Drive and commitment, being able to set and achieve goals
• Ability to listen and communicate clearly and efficiently
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English; being fluent in French, Italian or Spanish would be an advantage
• Ideally experience in working with the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Experience in working with Mail Chimp / Sugar CRM / Microsoft Office package
