Business travel team supervisor

Business travel team supervisor-Required for this high profile implant based in a great location in central London. You will be managing a team of 12 senior and junior consultants, working in a fantastic office in central London. They will pay an excellent salary and benefits for the successful candidate.

Business travel team supervisors duties
-Looking after a team of 12 consultants based in a very busy implant
-First Point of contact for the team specifically for troubleshooting problems
-Monitor and maintain effective productivity levels
-Responsible for the competence of the operations team
-Managing timekeeping, sickness, absense etc
-Assist the account manager with recruitment and training off new staff
-Conduct regular 1-2-1s

Business travel team supervisors skills required
-Supervisor,Team leader experience within business travel is a must
-Strong GDS knowledge ideally using Sabre
-Experience of dealing with clients ideally in a implant situation
-Experience of conducting 1-2-1s, yearly reviews, recruitment, organising rotas etc
