Ski Consultant

Do you know your Red Runs from your Black Runs, your gondolas from your drag lifts ? We are looking for an experienced Ski travel consultant to work for a luxury tour operator , creating bespoke luxury ski holidays staying five star chalets in some of the most exclusive resorts in Europe including Verbier, and Val d'Isere. You will have the knowledge and experience to tailor any enquiry to exceed your clients expectations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Ski , you will have sold and have extensive knowledge of this product to be able to offer first hand advice. If you have previously worked for a specialist operator or have worked in travel but have a personal passion for Ski and are now looking for a new role with a fantastic company this could be the role for you!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Selling luxury European Ski Holiday, via telephone and email. All of the enquiries will be for Ski holidays from direct customers and travel agents. Candidates living in Cheshire and Preston are in good locations, for this role but will consider homeworking for anyone outside of these areas.

Responsibilities include:
-Create detailed itineraries to customer's exact requirements via the telephone and email
-Source ground arrangements with overseas supplier.
- Using your travel industry experience and solid destination / product knowledge to assist you in advising your clients on their options.
- Delivering excellent levels of customer service, maintaining the strong reputation of this travel company.
- Using GDS, daily.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
This is an excellent position working for an established and well respected Tour Operator. Previous travel experience is essential, having worked in either retail travel or tour operations, you will use your excellent destination knowledge to create long lasting and memorable experiences for your clients. This an opportunity that's not to be missed.
