Sales Support / Personal Assistant / Admin
Role: Sales Support / Personal Assistant
Location: London
Salary: £17- £19k Basic
Fantastic opportunity to work with a luxury tour operator. Delivering great service and assistance to sales consultants ensuring support with admin and operational duties.
As Sales Support you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
- Assisting Sales Consultants with administrative duties in a timely manner.
- Providing full / diverse support to work towards common targets / kpi’s
- Reviewing all booking confirmations to be 100% complete and confirmed according to itineraries.
- Liaise with clients to amend and adjust bookings where appropriate.
- Check tour availability with suppliers as requested by sales consultants.
- Keep CRM updated with relevant information when required.
Skill Attributes:
The ideal person should have a base knowledge of the travel industry and to have preferably worked in at least a travel retail environment or admin based role.
- Excellent organisational abilities as well as strong communication.
- Travel Knowledge
- Strong computer literacy – Outlook, Excel and Word
- A well driven individual looking to get started in a fantastic and well rewarding industry.
Salary: £17- £19k Basic
- Monday to Fridays 9-6pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays to be worked
