Cruise Sales Consultant

Cruise2.com are looking for both part time and full time sales consultants with a passion to succeed. These roles require people with a passion for travel, a passion for success and a passion for offering the ultimate service to their customers. We’re looking for individuals who can demonstrate the following. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

• Ability to impress clients with your knowledge and personality
• Superb proven sales technique and strong business acumen
• Supremely organized with good computer skills
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the travel industry
• Knowledge of cruise and the industry

Experience/Qualities/Skills

• Achievements in meeting/exceeding sales targets whilst ensuring high levels of customer service
• Possess confident, professional, friendly approach to building client rapport and forging long-lasting relationships
• Experience in negotiation and influencing skills
• Knowledge/experience of worldwide travel
• Thrive in periods of pressure
• Ability to manage multiple software applications

Responsibilities

• Create inspirational holidays to excite our clients
• Meet/exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Provide cost calculations for quotations
• Process bookings accurately and efficiently
• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maximise our customers experience
