This fantastic opportunity is working for a well-established travel company that has a fantastic, niche product and is an innovative global company that stubbornly refuses to stop growing and is based in Market Harborough!
You will be responsible for providing quality information and support to customers about their existing holiday bookings by telephone, email & live chat in order to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
JOB DESCRIPTION
What skills and experience will you need?
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Must be great at negotiating.
*Excellent relationship building skills both internal and external
*Planning, preparation and organisation is key
*Must present a professional manner always.
*Able to think on their feet and sometimes make difficult decisions.
*Ability to keep calm under pressure with a high degree of flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
*Can provide process improvement options to increase efficiencies.
This role will be suitable for someone who:
*Is a strong customer advocate and puts the customer at the heart of everything they do.
*Is process driven and can prioritise.
*Able to work under pressure.
*Is self motivated and is able to work alone whilst being a good communicator and team player
*Is flexible, driven and enthusiastic in their approach.
*Has a willingness to learn and a desire to progress.
*Is confident to make decisions.
