A global market leader within the travel industry, that provides IT solutions to enhance sales and customer profitability is seeking an Account Manager to handle a portfolio of worldwide Cruise accounts. This role will involve providing solutions and strategy to increase revenue, profitability and overall revenue for existing clients.
*Responsible for managing a portfolio of worldwide Cruise Accounts
*Increase revenue and maximise profitability through quarterly and annual business plans
*Plan and implement strategy for the Cruise Markets including marketing of products in agreement with clients
*Handle all contract renewals including negotiations, compliance and customer satisfaction
*Point of contact for all issues including billing disputes and queries
*Worldwide Cruise Industry Experience
*Proven track record within all areas of account management - with excellent commercial and analytical skills
*Able to forward plan, understand the market and client to provide solutions and maximise profits
*Experience of dealing with senior level decision makers
*Able to work with remote teams
*Superb communication and presentation skills
*Advanced experience of interpreting results and forecasting revenue
*Able to work with remote teams and some overseas travel
Excellent salary with car allowance and superb bonus structure after a qualifying period and work from home 1-2 days per week.
